A diversity‐oriented approach comprising an Ugi 4‐component reaction and a copper‐catalyzed tandem azide–alkyne cycloaddition/Ullmann C–N coupling is elaborated. The methodology is compatible with various functional groups and allows the construction of triazolo[1,5‐ a ][1,4]benzodiazepinones in good yields.
