Amino acid and peptide conjugates with vitamin B 3 , H, E and D 3 were synthesized by using microwave irradiation in good to satisfactory yields. In addition, a novel benzotriazole‐activated biotin intermediate has been introduced, which could serve as an alternative biotinylation agent.
