Abstract The addition reaction of silanes to styrenes is efficiently catalyzed by ReBr(CO) 5 in toluene heated at 120 °C and selectively affords anti ‐Markovnikov adducts in good to high yields. (© Wiley‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, 69451 Weinheim, Germany, 2006)
