Two new prenylated stilbenes, artochamins F ( 1 ) and G ( 2 ), and their four novel derivatives, artochamins H–K ( 3 – 6 ), were isolated from the stems of Artocarpus chama . Their structures were elucidated mainly by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The structure of 3 was confirmed by X‐ray crystallographic analysis. The origin of 3 – 6 could be assumed biogenetically from 2 . The cytotoxicity of these compounds against HepG2 cells was evaluated. (© Wiley‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, 69451 Weinheim, Germany, 2006)
