Fulicineroside, a glycosidic dibenzofuran metabolite from the slime mold Fuligo cinerea collected in the Czech Republic, has been isolated as a new natural product. Its structure was elucidated from UV, IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data and chemical degradation. The compound was highly active against Gram‐positive bacteria and crown gall tumors.
