The cover picture shows a graphical depiction of an array of homogeneous catalysis experiments that were performed in an automated synthesizer. Using modern high‐throughput screening techniques has tremendously accelerated both the discovery of a catalyst for a desired transformation as well as the development of the process that can be implemented into the plant. The background of the picture shows a reactor in one of the plants of DSM Pharmaceutical Chemicals. Details are discussed in the Microreview by J. G. de Vries and A. H. M. de Vries on p. 799 ff.
