With a connection between two‐dimensional chromatography and in situ enzymatichydrolysis, a TLC plate can play following roles: a separation tool, an enzymatic reaction carrier and an non‐destructive identification tool. GC‐MS chromatograms of fatty acids released from different positions of PC are attached as well.
