The Front Cover shows the irradiation of anticancer phosphorescent iridium‐based complexes that specifically accumulate in different organelles of living cells. Targeting strategies for the nucleus, mitochondria, lysosome, and endoplasmic reticulum are summarized as well as non‐apoptotic death modes induced by phosphorescent iridium complexes. New developments of phosphorescent iridium‐based complexes in one‐/two‐photon photodynamic therapy, photodynamic therapy under hypoxia conditions, and iridium photocatalysts as anticancer agents are also summed up.
