The Front Cover shows a “pianostool” complex, and this, together with other actinide‐cyclobutadienyl complexes, enables us to read the molecular orbital “music” to examine the bonding interactions between f‐orbitals and the π‐orbital manifold of the (C 4 R 4 ) 2– dianion. Although the first crystallo‐graphically characterized transition‐metal cyclobutadienyl pianostool complex – [Fe(η 4 ‐C 4 Ph 4 )(CO) 3 ] – was reported six decades ago, the first analogous f‐element cyclobutadienyl complex – [U{η 4 ‐C 4 (SiMe 3 ) 4 }(BH 4 ) 3 ][Li(THF) 4 ] – was described only very recently. More information can be found in the Minireview by J. T. Boronski and S. T. Liddle.
