The Cover Feature shows the implementation of a novel family of triazole‐based phosphine ligands obtained by copper(I)‐catalyzed cycloaddition of phosphine‐alkynes with organic azides or thermally controlled specific lithiation of a particular carbon atom followed by the addition of appropriate chlorophosphines. Pd complexes of the latter ligands show moderate to excellent catalytic activity in many organic transformations. At the bottom is a text in an Indian language meaning “work is worship”, a beautiful saying by South Indian philosopher Basavanna, which has become synonymous with the philosopher's name. More information can be found in the Minireview by D. Mondal and M. S. Balakrishna.
