The Front Cover shows the structures of two PGeP pincer metal complexes that have been prepared from metal‐free diphosphane‐functionalized germylenes. The synthesis and derivative chemistry of tetrylenes having a PEP (E = heavier tetrel atom) pincer topology, mostly developed in the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Oviedo (shown in the picture) over the last three years, are surveyed. Pincer topology, strong electron‐donation, and efficient steric protection are the key attributes of the ligands discussed. More information can be found in the Minireview by J. A. Cabeza, P. García‐Álvarez, and C. J. Laglera‐Gándara. For more on the story behind the cover research, see the Cover Profile.
