The Front Cover shows the ascending thermal spin crossover profile of one of a pair of enantiomerically pure Mn 3+ complexes set against the reflection of the Twelve Pins of Connemara, a mountain range in the West of Ireland. The chiral chelate Mn 3+ complex was resolved into lambda and delta enantiomers by co‐crystallization with the ( R , R ) and ( S , S ) forms of the spiroborate anion, thereby ensuring crystallization in a non‐centrosymmetric space group. This could facilitate integration of the spin switching property with other important functionalities requiring acentric crystals, such as second harmonic generation or ferroelectricity. More information can be found in the Full Paper by G. G. Morgan et al. For more on the story behind the cover research, see the Cover Profile.
