The Front Cover shows the first example of a tricoordinate heavy main group dication [Tp Me2 Bi] 2+ , possessing an NBO charge of +1.82 a.u. at bismuth, catalyzing olefin hydrosilylation under mild conditions. [Tp Me2 Bi][B(C 6 F 5 ) 4 ] 2 ) has been prepared by the abstraction of two chlorides from Tp Me2 BiCl 2 using [Et 3 Si][B(C 6 F 5 ) 4 ] in ortho ‐dichlorobenzene. More information can be found in the Communication by A. Venugopal et al. For more on the story behind the cover research, see the Cover Profile.
