The Cover Feature shows two dumbbell‐shaped molecules based on T 8 cage‐like silsesquioxanes which are independently bridged by a symmetrical malonamide (MAL) and a non‐symmetrical urea‐thiourea (UT) organic linker. Both compounds are formed favorably by using fluoride ion as catalyst. Although it has a symmetrical linker, MAL is only monofunctional, and it is therefore represented as the “beast”. In contrast, UT has two functionalities, promising more advantageous properties, and is therefore the “beauty”, despite its non‐symmetrical linker.
