The Cover Feature shows the complex [RuCp(PPh 3 ) 2 ‐μ‐dmoPTA‐1κP:2κ 2 N,N'‐ZnCl 2 ] approaching a DNA molecule. This Ru‐Zn bimetallic complex consists of one [RuCp(PPh 3 ) 2 ] + unit coordinated to the P atom of the ligand 3,7‐dimethyl‐1,3,7‐triaza‐5‐phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (dmoPTA), which also coordinates a {ZnCl 2 } moiety by its NCH 3 atoms. This complex displays one of the highest known antiproliferative activities against human lung, cervix, breast, and colon solid tumor cell lines (GI 50 = 30–83 nm), while is 3–8 times less active against non‐tumor human cell line BJ‐hTert.
