The cover picture shows the potential of zincate anions bearing weakly coordinating alkanesulfonate groups as synthons for three‐dimensional supramolecular assemblies. Depicted in the background is the architecture of Howrah Bridge, Kolkata, India, which has been built on two end‐to‐end supports. It reflects the concept of simple coordination complexes as building units to construct supramolecular three‐dimensional frameworks by cooperative noncovalent interactions. Details are discussed in the article by R. Shankar et al. on page 2081 ff (DOI: 10.1002/ejic.201601320 ). For more on the story behind the cover research, see the Cover Profile (DOI: 10.1002/ejic.201700269 ).
