The donor‐stabilized silylene 1 reacts with N 2 O and PhElElPh (El = S, Se, Te) to form the respective silicon(IV) complexes 2 – 5 with an Si=N double bond. Compounds 2 – 5 were structurally characterized by crystal structure analyses and NMR spectroscopic studies in the solid state and in solution.
