The cover picture shows the title molecule flanked by its EPR spectrum hovering over a sea. The information‐rich X‐band EPR spectrum is the first analyzed for a ferromagnetically coupled chromium diol‐type complex. Below, on the water surface three representative boats race, the competing second and third boats pursuing the experiment by DFT and ligand field theory (LFT), respectively. Details are discussed in the article by T. J. Morsing, H. Weihe, and J. Bendix on p. 5990 ff . For more on the story behind the cover research, see the Cover Profile .
