A series of neutral hexacoordinate silicon(IV) complexes ( 4a , 4b , 5a , 5b , 6a , and 6b ) with a Si O 3 N 2 C, Si SO 2 N 2 C, Si O 2 N 3 C, Si SON 3 C, or Si S 2 ON 2 C skeleton have been synthesized and structurally characterized by solid‐state and solution NMR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. These studies were performed with a special emphasis on comparing the respective O/NMe/S analogues 4a / 5a / 6a and 4b / 5b / 6b and the O/S pairs 4a / 4b , 5a / 5b , and 6a / 6b with respect to their structures and NMR spectroscopic parameters.
