The cover picture shows a series of cationic iridium complexes synthesized in our lab with emission spanning the visible color spectrum. A general scheme of a cationic heteroleptic iridium complex incorporating two anionic cyclometalating (C∧N) and one neutral ancillary (L∧X) ligands is shown in the middle at the bottom of the picture. On either side of the arrow at the top are the HOMO and LUMO for the archetype complex [Ir(ppy) 2 (bpy)] + . Details are presented in the Microreveiw by S. Ladouceur and E. Zysman‐Colman on p. 2985 ff . For more on the story behind the cover research, see the Cover Profile .
