The cover picture shows an equilibrium between two uranium hydrazonido compounds. The closed species, Tp* 2 U(η 2 ‐N 2 CPh 2 ), represented by the closed lotus flower, does not exhibit further reactivity, whereas the open congener, Tp* 2 U(η 1 ‐N 2 CPh 2 ), represented by the bloomed lotus flower, is reactive for multiple bond metathesis.
