The cover picture shows the decay of high‐energy diazirinone (cyclic N 2 CO). At room temperature this violet gas has a half life of 30 h. The IR, Raman, and electronic spectra were analyzed, and the photochemistry was studied in a solid argon matrix at 16 K. Details are discussed in the article by X. Zeng, J. F. Stanton et al. on p. 3403 ff.
