The cover picture shows the triplet‐triplet‐annihilation (TTA) upconversion between a visible‐light harvesting Ir III complex and 9,10‐diphenylanthracene (DPA). In the upper left‐hand corner is the qualitative Jablonski diagram dethe electrostatic interaction between a cationic antiproliferative platinum compound cis ‐[PtCl(NH 3 ) 2 (py)] + and novel poly(methyl methacrylate) core–shell nanoparticles bearing anionic (–SO 3 – ) arms. This interaction was studied by electrochemical techniques to determine whether such particles might serve as drug carriers for Pt drugs.
