The cover picture shows the rearrangement of N ‐imidoyl‐ N ‐heterocyclic carbenes as well as a crystal structures of a palladium complex of a derivative of one of the rearranged carbene ligands. This work was supported by the polymer laboratory of BASF AG, Ludwigshafen, Germany, in search of new imino‐ N ‐heterocyclic carbene late transition metal complexes as novel polymerization catalysts. Details are discussed in the article by B. Bildstein et al. on p. 2827 ff.
