Two new complexes with three‐dimensional extended frameworks linked by pyrazine and malonate ligands, namely [Cu 2 (C 3 H 2 O 4 ) 2 (C 4 H 4 N 2 )]·2H 2 O and [Zn 2 (OH 2 ) 2 (C 3 H 2 O 4 ) 2 (C 4 H 4 N 2 )], have been prepared and characterized by X‐ray crystallography, IR, EPR and UV/Vis spectroscopy, their magnetic properties and electrical conductivity.
