An efficient synthesis of new chiral [(dialkylamino)methyl](phospholyl)ferrocenes in an enantiomerically pure form has been developed. These new chiral N,P ligands have been tested in the palladium‐catalyzed allylic substitution reaction. High activities and moderate enantioselectivities (up to 67% ee ) were observed.
