Abstract The cover image is a stylised depiction of tetraspanin‐deficient DC supplied by Sheng et al. , the authors of Tetraspanins CD37 and CD151 differentially regulate Ag presentation and T‐cell co‐stimulation by DC ( pp. 50‐55). Bone‐marrow‐derived DC were stimulated with LPS and allowed to adhere to glass coverslips. MHC class II was detected by mAb (green/red/orange stainings) and the nuclei stained with TOPRO‐3 (blue). Cells were visualised under confocal microscopy and a collage of images generated using Photoshop CS2.
