Having previously served as Director of the Disability Resource Center at the University of Florida, Gerry Altamirano has left university work to help organizations achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Altamirano hopes his work at Tangible Development will promote a culture of inclusion across sectors. He remains concerned about the extent of universities’ commitment to change.
