In a previous column, I suggested you use your site to dispel misunderstandings for incoming students ( see “Use your office's website to counter myths for prospective students” in the April 2019 issue ). Your website can also be an important tool to persuade both newly enrolled and current students to register with you, something research says many don't do — for a variety of reasons.
