The College Success@Perkins program assists blind and visually impaired students in skill building and self‐discovery to prepare them for college, or whatever path they ultimately pursue. Leslie Thatcher, Director of the program at the Perkins School for the Blind in Massachusetts, discussed the components that equip blind students at a pivotal time for their growth.
