BOSTON — If you question why you've been overlooked for promotions and job offers, it likely has something to do with your executive presence. But you can evaluate your executive presence and take concrete steps to boost it. That's according to Caitlin Houlihan, associate director of student involvement, and Mario Rapetti, assistant dean of student life, both in the Office of Community Engagement at Purchase College, who presented on the book Executive Presence by Sylvia Ann Hewlett, at the annual conference for ACPA — College Student Educators International.
