Schools routinely document the demand for the disability services they provide and the academic adjustments they approve. If asked, an institution can easily supply the number of students who receive exam accommodations, housing accommodations, or interpreting services. Schools also routinely document the disability for which they provide each accommodation, whether by relying on a student's self‐report or by relying on health care provider documentation.
