Faculty members with mental health concerns or conditions won't reach out to their institution for help, such as counseling, but they might confide in a colleague. That's according to a study by Margaret Price, associate professor of English and disability studies at Ohio State University. “Disclosure of Mental Disability by College and University Faculty: The Negotiation of Accommodations, Supports, and Barriers” was published in Disability Studies Quarterly .
