The American Disability Association has put together a free, comprehensive online guide to making sure your meetings, events, and conferences are accessible. “A Guide to Planning Accessible Meetings” was originally authored by June Isaacson Kailes and Darrell Jones of Independent Living Research Utilization. The guide states that its goal is to “help make every meeting, event, and conference accessible … and help ensure that all meeting participants are fully engaged and have equal opportunities to contribute to public discourse, learning, and advancement.”
