Yet again, a university has admitted a deaf student only to rescind the admission after the student requested auxiliary aids and services, as alleged in a complaint filed by Katherine Daniel‐Rivera against Everglades College (Keiser University) claiming violations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12181) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794).
