An institution that accepts a student with a disability, delays in honoring his requests for auxiliary aids, and then withdraws his admission does so at its own peril, as the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences found out. The institution admitted and then rejected Zachary Featherstone's application for admission to medical school, and he subsequently sued.
