Scleroma is a chronic granulomatous inflammatory disease of the upper respiratory tract caused by Klebisella rhinoscleromatis . Scleromatous involvement of lymph node is rare. The smears on fine‐needle aspiration reveal a characteristic picture. The cytomorphologic features of this rare lymph node lesion are reported. © 1995 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
