Myoepithelial carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor of salivary gland with locally aggressive nature and potential for distant metastasis. It is composed of tumor cells with myoepithelial differentiation showing varied cytomorphology. Lungs and kidneys are the commonest sites for distant metastasis. Cutaneous metastasis of myoepithelial carcinoma is very rare. In this report, we described cutaneous metastasis of myoepithelial carcinoma arising from submandibular gland. Diagn.
