We described the fine‐needle aspiration biopsy findings in a case of papillary thyroid carcinoma involved by a malignant plasma cell disease of the thyroid gland in a 54‐year‐old female. Although papillary thyroid carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the thyroid gland, involvement by plasma cell disease is exceptionally unusual. Diagn.
