We've all been totally consumed with COVID‐19 issues for more than 18 months now. While we certainly cannot let our guard down, there are other things to consider for the 2021–2022 academic year. I reviewed articles regarding leadership trends, issues, and challenges for 2021 and beyond. Here's a sampling of what I found.
