NASHVILLE, Tenn. — When the University of West Georgia hired a new president, one of the first things on the docket for change was to tackle institutional barriers to student and institutional success. UWG officials put together a cross‐divisional team of academic leaders and faculty members and developed a process for identifying everyday inefficiencies and barriers to effectiveness and success.
