CHICAGO — When you're an academic administrator, you constantly work on projects with teams. Without the proper understanding of the different creative styles your team members possess, you cannot tap the full potential of your team or manage the complicated dynamics that come from many different types of creative styles. In a session led by June Hanley during the annual convention for the Society for College and University Planning, participants were led through an exercise based on The Five Faces of Genius by Annette Moser‐Wellman and given instructions on how to create a well‐rounded team that takes advantage of different creative styles.
