Code‐spread and conventional CDMA systems are discussed and compared for varying interleaver sizes. Results are evaluated in terms of BER versus E b / N o . It is observed that the code‐spread systems give better performance. It is also observed that performance of both the systems improves significantly with an increase in the interleaver size.
