Summary With a very wide frequency band not allocated at present, THz waves have many optimal characteristics such as high transmission rate, large capacity, and high security. The research of THz communication technology has become a hotspot in wireless communication. For THz wireless communications, it is crucial to study advanced electrical signal processing techniques. In this paper, in view of the shortcomings of traditional orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technology, we propose wavelet transform orthogonal multicarrier modulation method in THz system. In addition, we study THz channel coding technology to ensure that the THz wireless communication baseband system has better bit error rate (BER) performance and low computational complexity. Based on above, a THz wireless communication baseband system is conceived.
