Immune Modulation in relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma patients treated with Daratumumab, an antimyeloma human monoclonal antibody. Flow cytometry revealed cytotoxic T‐cell expansion and reduction of immune‐suppressive populations, suggesting immune modulation as an additional mechanism of action.
