Abstract A wise Greek man Theophrastus once said, “Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend”. Why spend it on a tedious and time‐consuming manual search of a mitochondrial fusion in a myriad of chemically treated cells when one can use an unbiased and high‐throughput way to directly measure this rare event in intact cells?
