ON THE COVER: The array of polygon networks on the cover are provided with the help of ImageJ software. The authors provide a quantitative method for tight junction networks using image analysis. The cover depicts both fluorescence microscopy images of tight junction networks in normal epithelial cells and simulated images of a degraded network for comparison and to provide validation for their method.
