The influence of high electric fields on the distribution function and following on the dielectric constant is considered in the framework of nonequilibrium Greenfunction technique. In the partial ionized H‐plasma additional plasma‐poles occur due to the field, which become field dependent. The existence of 2 maxima in the distribution function results in additional damping and turbulent regions.
