Recent results of the edge plasma turbulence in fusion devices are reviewed. The intermittent turbulent fluctuations demonstrate a multifractal statistics. The generalized scale invariance has been observed by involving the Extended Self‐Similarity hypothesis. Turbulence scalings are compared with predictions of intermittent turbulence models (© 2010 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
