The possibility of the existence of plasma oscillations in nonideal plasma and their role in effective “collision” frequency are analyzed. The simple formula for the electrical conductivity of nonideal plasma is obtained on the base of model considerations. An account is taken of a new scattering mechanism, namely, the collective plasma oscillations.
